Dear Dragon..... - Reading and listening comprehension activity-
On this
task we are going to read a short story. Click on the next picture to accees to the story.
As you can see it is a reading activity but if you want you have the opportunity to listen the story too.
Once they
have read the story they have to answer some questions:

Where am I?
On this activity we are going to play a game.
First off all the teacher must to teach some
christmas vocabulary to our students. The teacher can use a mural to show the
vocabulary that they are going to use in the game. She/He can make a story and
tell it to their students. By this way students will listen the teachers explanation and because of the topic they will be motivated to hear and to participate.
After that, they are going to play a game
called ” Where am I ?” . For this
activity we need some cards, some of them with images/photos and the other ones
with the names of the images.
To start with the game we need to mix all the
cards and put them upside-down on a table. The aim of this task is to find the
pair of the correct image with the correct name. For example: Candy image with
candy name.
In this way they are going to learn new
vocabulary, writting and association.
Time:
-Mural: 5-10 minutes
-Game: depends on the students ( you can repeat it or not)

Guess!!!! -Speaking-
On this task we are going to work with drama
and speaking.
To start with it we are going to listen and
watch the following video. In the video you will see some children talking and
describing a person.
For the task we are going to use drama and
first off all children are going to be on pairs and they are going to represent
the same scene that they have seen recently on the Tv/computer screen.
Here you have the lyrics:

On this activity we are going to work with present simple and verb do/does.
First of all we are going to learn some vocabulary about food in class and then we are going to listen and read this video:

To start with this activity, first of all children must listen the song bellow:
After that, here you have a crossword relacionated with the song.They have some clues to fill it easyly.
Once they have listened the song and done the crossword, the next activity is to work with our children’s imagination. In this activity students have to change some words to create diferenet lyrics with different works.
